will it drive in locked centre diff?
Next time tell her to ask to be put through to the technical teamYes it does but I can now confirm it definitely has no diff lock.
She's phones the AA, they have to send someone out to assess it then will send someone else out to recover it. They won't take her word for it that it's immobile.

Bet that’s been vibrating for a bit, common ish issue, had 3 on my D2 over about 250k
But how many non mechanically minded folk take any notice?, Mrs Robo had the oil warning light come on in her car on the motorway and thought "I'll sort it when I get home", couple of minutes later she's on the hard shoulder with a seized engine
ahh but that would be your fault for not checking the oil for her, whilst topping up the washer fluid etc when filling it with fuel .
I drove it last week and I did notice a slight clunk occasionally but didn't really think much into it as it's not exactly a silky-smooth thing to drive at the best of times.
Wish I'd looked into it now.
Fortunately we have a LR specialist nearby who are going to wait for the car and sort her out with a courtesy car.
