That's right. As long as one of the parties knows it is being recorded, it is legitimate.

I might be wrong [it happens ] but under telecom regs you have to warn the other person that the conversation is being recorded....hence the usual "your call may be recorded for training purposes" we get from large(r) organisations and most businesses.
Could be enough to stop him in his tracks, come to think of it.
Never heard such a load of bull, its virtually impossible to have a unique name these days and only one can own the Ltd company version of it so no arguing over that.
