Wanting to insulate a single brick / breezeblock wall in my garage...it’s a bit rough from an ancient cowboy extension.
The brick is probably 10mm proud of the breezeblock just in this spot. I was thinking rigid panels, make a gap at the rear of the blocks and use adhesive on the rough bit?
The roof, extension is wood - no problems here, plenty of space for an air gap with rigid panels.
The main roof is reinforced concrete though. Use the stuff on the rolls for this bit? There will be no air gap anywhere.
To be honest, there are that many confusing opinions / horror stories on insulation on the web I don’t know what to do, but need to sort this before the re-wire and generally sorting the place.
Any tips?
