So for the last 5 years I’ve worked in heating and ventilation, this has involved building bespoke air handling units and ducting in the yard and on sites across the Uk.
now I’m in limbo wether I want to pack all this in and start a plumbing apprenticeship or night course , luckily I’m only 22, I have just bought a house and would have to save up like crazy to keep my self supported over the coming years. Just wondering if there is any plumbers or ex plumbers on here that can help me either settle my mind or change my mind. I find plumbing enjoyable although the stuff I have done has been on a diy scale. Not sure if I want to do plumbing as a career or if I just find it enjoyable and want to learn more about it, it’s not that I don’t enjoy my job because I really do just feel like a change as I’m wanting to do bits at home but after a hard day lumping heavy coils and gas burners around last thing I want is to be throwing steel about at the garage.
