There was a post by Sardine recently with a link to a Youtube posting for making 90 Deg bends by hand just requiring an Angle grinder with a thin disc

I'd make my own die a solid piece of round the right radius a touch over 25mm and two solid plates either side of it, make it like a simple conduit bender, solidly fix it to the floor so you can swing on it.
What sort of solid plates could I use? I’ve seen a few vids etc but unsure of what’s best for the die. I had thought of using bearing bolted in between plate?
How big is your radius? I'd use what ever I could find free but i'm not running a business, 4 or 6mm should be strong enough. you want a solid axle trough the centre that you can mount your handle on. I don't think bearings would make much difference, a former for box is way easier to make than for tube.
I need a tight 90 on it. What you mean bearings won’t make much of a difference?
Ive been looking for ages and can not find a bender to bend 25X25x2.5 box section. I’m making rock and roll beds and 6 bends on each bed that I’d like to do. Anyone know of any at a not to high price?
Oh a hand one not a machine.
