I might buy a cheepo motorcycle battery and rob it for its acid. Its got to of earnt that after 80 years.

Haha yea 100 year old glass battery. The glass is very thick and definitely doesn’t leak. Most people probably wouldn’t bring 7 motorcycles into there house so i figured a wee glass battery couldn’t do any more damage. What i was looking for is some sort of acid that would reveal some fresh lead/ iron and remove the sulphur? Any ideas would be appreciated.
I have had success in reverse charging an old battery to blow the stuff off the plates. Won't work with a modern electric charger of course!
