I’ve learnt 3m steristrips in a handy place very useful over the years. Ideally near where you expect to be injured. Most cupboard doors in garage have some glued in
Is Boker from Germany?

It's an Arkansas Toothpick from Iron Tree Forge, to fit on my gunbelt along with my two single actions. Western action shooting competitions require you to wear period costume and my alias is Commodore Perry Owens, sheriff of Holbrook and killer of the Blevins gang. Contemporary accounts of his exploits mention that he carried an Arkansas Toothpick as well as a Winchester 1876. I have the '76 so just need to complete the set.
Opinel I had one once nice knife. Lost it, I’m sure they still in existence hopefully still making locally not just shipping container loads of knife blanks etc and assembling with the claim made in France
They make some nice straight razors as well, so to do Dovo of Solingen. Back to knives, no one mentioned Opinel yet, or have they closed down ? Mora i like, cheap and good quality, what more can you ask ?
I make my knives and recommend 14C28N fantastic steel. Great edge retention, corrosion resistant, you can even heat treat at home.
Also an interesting website for a look around

I’ve had to regrind and and sharpen a few global knives as they have chipped badly most likely due to misuse but at their price they should not be so fragile
Can you recommend anywhere to buy small quantities of knife steel I found a website the other day that was reasonably priced but cant find it now
Try a company called ground flat stock in North Yorkshire I use themCan you recommend anywhere to buy small quantities of knife steel I found a website the other day that was reasonably priced but cant find it now
