I bet she brings enough for everyone too. That makes a proper day, a quick brew before you head home or someone makes it while you are loading.
My wife doesn't drink hot drinks so all this wasted in he but we've had loads of times where we've attended something or gone out for thday and friends look at us with that "I wish I'd though of that" face. When the kids were in primary school we went to a couple of quiz nights where we had a cool bag with beer, our friends who shared the table pulled out a bottle of wine
Fair enough. I’d personally rather give the score away and be the first person to fill it up.Cheers she will probably pick one up for a couple of quid I will tell to barter them down. You would be amazed at what I can buy for a score
Is it as good shox?Stanley replaced my 2qt green flask a couple of yrs ago, it was at least 25yrs old
I see Stanley do a 1.9L one now, the first thing I ask most site I go these days is "Where's the toilet" so 1.9L wouldn't help
Christ it must of been a really Micky mouse stainless flask for a fall on a nail to bash a hole through it.I have a kettle tea bags and sugar with cup at work then drop a hint to the punter and they make you one if they don't I make one in front of them and boil kettle got sick of busting flasks so bought a stainless one it didn't last 5 minutes fell on a hardened cable clip nail and punctured
I did wonder why it was 1.9L but that explains it, 2qts
Fill mine with hot from the tap the night before and still hot when I empty in the morning. Hot tap is enough to warm them before filling.I wonder how the stainless ones compare to a glass one thermally? When I did it regularly I always filled mine with boiling water first to warm it then filled it again before I left. If I had an early start I filled it the night before so it was already pre warmed.
When you get to the last cup they seem to lose there heat. I take two. 12 hours or so later the unopened flask will still be too hot to drink on pouringFill mine with hot from the tap the night before and still hot when I empty in the morning. Hot tap is enough to warm them before filling.

That’s American quarts, they’re smaller than ours. remember the rhyme “a litre of water’s a pint & 3/4s” from when we went metricI did wonder why it was 1.9L but that explains it, 2qts
