Hi
I've a Clarke 135 te I purchased second hand. It's fine (it was working OK but I've not used it for a bit so a few months back I cut and removed the wire reel as I noticed it was starting to rust) but I find rethreading the wire a really frustrating task. It's okay until the wire leaves the liner and tries to go through the gun. After this point i have to strip the gun, disconnect the liner from the gun body and try to find the angle that will allow the wire to progress - the tube narrows about 15mm inside the body and its at this point the wire jams, partly I think because it has a natural tenancy to curve down and miss the hole.
Just spent an hour doing this only for the wire to jam and bunch up again straight away again afterwards (think I forgot to loosen the reel) meaning I had to try again. Eventually I had to walk away as losing my temper. I can't believe it's this hard for every one? Would be easier with two people but that's no always possible.
