I’ve used an inclined manometer to measure differential pressures when measuring air flows using a pitot tube (typically only a few pascal difference at lower flows) , but a digital micromanometer makes life so much easier. I only tried it a few times, just to have a go more than anything...Don’t know anything about it or it’s uses, but if you incline the tube the scale lengthens, so would become more accurate or easier to read. It may enable you to read very low pressure.
