I used "yon antifreeze" in my 20 yearold ESAB, but that was with a WP18 torch which is quite big and probably large passages. Used it for 5-6 years maybe? no problems.
I went for Parweld coolant as well, when I got my Lorch, the tiny WP20 torch must surely have smaller passages for coolant, and it's an expensive torch! so coolant looks cheap in comparision.
I was also told my my welding shop that the internal resistance of "yon antifreeze" mix might not be high enough, so possibly some HF leakage at connections. I have to say, the ESAB never had the greatest HF spark, but then, they weren't known for a strong spark anyways.
