On 17/06/19 I bought a CBS45MD band saw using a VAT free voucher kindly provided by a member on here.. After not very long it started leaking oil from the gearbox, inside the machine, from the drive wheel. I took it back to them on 05/08/19 where I was told that it would be inspected within 2 weeks although probably sooner. Wasn't particularly happy with that but never mind.
And... They still have it. My most recent reply from customer service is this:
So I will have been without it for 31 days. I'm not sure what to do next as I feel like this is utterly unacceptable but they have refused to entertain the idea of a refund.

We can only apologise for the delay on your machine, we do quote 15 working day from receiving at service however this is only a rough estimate. You are likely to see your band saw at Gateshead on their delivery Wednesday, they will call once received and advise you the unit is available to be collected.
