I wanted to remove the bungs from my Citroen Berlingo sills to give it a bit of cavity wax inside the sills as they were a bit scabby and have just repaired them, but instead of removing the bungs, I had to pierce a hole in them to spray it in then put some adhesive and underseal over them.
The reason I did this is because the stone chip on the Berlingo is painted over the bungs so I didn't want to disturb anything...
I would like to take them out and replace with some new ones but unsure if it'll take off the surrounding stone chip. Do you think it'd be ok to remove them and replace with new bungs? The old ones were a bit perished anyway...or should I just leave them as is with the adhesive and underseal over them as pictured?
