Wrong Shire, as I wouldn't have hesitated to help. I'm sure my day will come.
Probably, but for now I've just got digging to doWold it be better to get a plastic boat tank for the fuel and ditch the metal one?
An hour's bad digger driving later and there are no leaks
nice one TYA ! thats how things should be in this world eh.
I thought long and hard about what digger to get and considered the Axpan french machines, the importer is just up the road from us here in Somerset. It looks like the French are quite keen on these smaller machinesNice digger Hugh
There is an outfit near here that sells kits for similar in assorted sizes, just need a decent welder I have been tempted, but really don't need another project.....
Thanks once again for your help on Friday, it would have been a not-so-productive weekend without my digger to use.

A very productive day digging/moving/tidying up dirt. The barford bug powered barrow is good, but it doesn't like tipping on anything other than flat ground, so you end up with a large, low, pile of dirt that then needs raking/piling up. I walked the Powerfab right up onto the top of that pile and racked the dirt all up the far side. It's quite stable with the legs out. Not so stable with the legs set to the narrow mode!
