Good question, the torque figure quoted in the manual would be given for dried on purple patch lock, if the dealers are using liquid blue thread locker, I wonder what figure they are going by then? LOL
The same figure. Liquid thread lock likely results in a higher clamping force.
In the real world there is no difference. Many DIYers would be surprised how stuff is done in a workshop. Following a workshop manual to the letter is not the be-all end-all of fixing vehicles. Liquid thread lock is just fine.
Some manufacturers even allow torque-to-yield headbolts to be reused, you just measure their length that they haven't stretched out of spec.
