anyone have much experience with these.
Need to be able to bend some 33o/d chs tubing for handrailing. I’ve seen short lengths of tube being bent which will be ok for 90 degree bends, but what about longer pieces , say around 4-5 metres that will need a 140 bend on the end ( where it goes up the stair slope then levels off).
How do they behave with a long length sticking out of it. I assume I would just need to support the end by resting it on something.
We have used the hydraulic pump type before where you pump the lever and the ram pushups against the former, but it’s always been a bit hit and miss whether you get a flat spot on the bend.
The Jd ones have specific dies for the 33 chs so I’m thinking it’s going to be a decent job.
