Mrs Grim has decided I've to make up some railings/handrails for our steps at the front door, mostly for our parents who are getting decidedly more wobbly as time goes on and my little girl will be walking soon so will be good for her too.
I've never made railings before so I've a couple questions for those more experienced.
Where's best to get bits from? I've been looking at FH brundle.
Why would one choose bar over tube and vice versa? Strength only or other factors?
Are there any rough rules for the diameter of the balusters and "newals" depending on application?
On the upside I've told her I NEED to get my rapidor running to make them so I'll finally get that going.
