after some experience from the experts. We recently had the whole house re wired and as part of it had led downlights in one room (hall) which backs onto normal pendants in the next room (lounge). We had dimmer switches put on both and they are back to back on the dividing wall (internal block wall).
They are the correct switches fir the types of bulbs / fittings.
When either room is lights on and the other lights off everything functions perfectly.
However, when both rooms are lights on and I’ve dimmed the LED lights, the bulbs in the adjoining room flicker.
I assume this is from interference between the 2 switches.
Any ideas on how this can be avoided apart from moving one of the switches ?
Hopefully my description makes sense ! Thanks.
