If you buy one of the small MachineMart washers, be aware that the paint is only one very thin layer over bare steel. Mine shed its paint inside and the fluid crept under the paint film so that it came off in layers. A couple of coats of red Hammerite sorted that problem after a thorough degreasing.
The pump filter/screen doesn't filter diddly squat so I made up a foam filter that I can wash or change whenever. The nuts and bolts aren't stainless so the will rust.
I also gave the parts platform a double coat of Hammerite as it chips easily.
The lid stay has a safety feature that melts the solder joint and shuts the lid if a fire occurs. It also fails without a fire! You can resolder it or fit a chain so that it folds back further.
