What do you do if you have two flat tyres at the same time, and you with only the one 'spare'?
It looks big enough to cut in half

I was trained like that.I worked on aircraft for many years. Everything has to be clean and tidy. Tools controlled and accounted for. Material stored and administered correctly. Swarf and any other detritus cleaned up. Anything less is unprofessional and a danger to flight safety. Efficiency and cleanliness lead to ease of working and tasks become a joy.
Untidy, messy working areas are not a sign of industriousness. When I see something like that, my immediate thought is that these guys don't know what they are doing. They don't have pride in their work. They can't have, if they can't get the basics right.
Look after your tools and equipment. Treat them with care and with the reverence that they command. A lot of skill, effort and the accumulated knowledge of many years and many individuals has gone into making them. That demands respect.
The floor paint I used was made by a company called Coovar. They are based in Hull. I put two coats of it on. It is good stuff and very tough. My workshop has been laid out to be easy to clean and the tools are carefully placed around the machines so that whatever is required is immediately to hand.
I will have a look, Most i have are for wall hung ones in the last 10 years but i have another space i keep bits...I spotted the boiler flues under the bench you haven't got a vertical flue for an old Worcester 280? The Chinamans hat is missing from mine
Sorry not intending to insult your Disco just highlighting the use of a very rare Rangie.
My reaction was much as above.
Cough.I wasnt saying you were being insulting, just Land rivers and range rovers get used as vans, no matter how rare or clean they are
A bit of an improvement.I was midway through a reorganisation while stripping a lathe.
Snowed under with work and it got away from me again.

Any additional horizontal surface will only attract more 'stuff', like filings to a magnet
