I guys I'm just wondering about migatronic focus stick 160 e vs jasic pro arc 200 vs termal arc 175se. Has anyone experience of these . I'm just interested in all advice and comments. As I'm thinking about buying one to have on the farm.
I have the thermal arc 175te a se with high frequency start and I couldn recommend thermal arc more iv mine 4and a half years and iv dropped it kicked it had it fall off a 6foot height and its never let me down other than a broken torch wire which was my fault welder itself never gave any issues .. iv upgraded to the ac tig and still won’t get rid of my 175 it’s the mobile welder/ when it’s a small job welder
I like the look of the migatronic it seems simple but I haven't seen any reviews on them . . But it's 50 euro dearer than the termal arc . The jasic does have a 5 year warranty thought. Would all 3 welders burn a 6011 welding rod.
I wouldn't use 6011 much just for rusty farm repairs I find them good. I'm thinking of getting the migatronic I might live to regret it though. It's a toss up between it and the termal arc 175se . The 5 year warranty on the jasic only stands if you get it serviced every 12 months that's what I was told . So that rules that out.
I have the thermal arc 175 at home. 5 years old and still going strong. Good price too. At work we use the jasics and again no probs here. Either would do mate.
Hi guys I bought the migatronic focus stick 160e the open circuit voltage is 85. They didnt have the 200amp jasic all they had was a 160 and a 180 amp I tried all 3 machines and I just liked the migatronic more . The arc was easier start than the jasic. I found anyway. I tried a friends termal arc 175 se as well . He has it a few years now and no bother with it either.
