Hi folks,
First time posting here after a few weeks of lurking. My first welder is one that I only recently salvaged from the scrap heap, it's a CEA 220 Amp buzzbox with a 'swan's neck' type handle on the front of it and is so heavy that I laid it on its side in my van to stop it falling over when I would drive around corners :-) It's working fine, but I'm in the market for a good inverter for stick work similar to MrD here - http://www.mig-welding.co.uk/forum/threads/suggested-inverter-arc-welder.76484/
what are your opinions on this Migatronic - https://www.proweld.ie/product/migatronic-focus-stick-160-e-pfc/ and this Miller - https://www.weldingsuppliesdirect.co.uk/welding-equipment/arc-welders/miller-160-sti-mma-welder.html
Thanks.
