So i can backprobe wiring connections on the car, been looking online for ages and come across nothing useful!

Eer, to help my continually poor understanding - do you mean those pointy ended leads you fit to volt meters that you can use to stab through the wire insulation?

My voltmeters have always come with those pointy dudes and my trouble has always been to find crocodile clip connectors.

Pico ones look a bargain!..and replaceable needles. RS are useful but usually a bit pricey.

I think he means TIP cleaners, you know like a little metal matchbox full of hard steel round tip cleaners that swivel on a bar all different diameters.
I haven't seen them for years
