Did you get 30 or 60 watt ones.?https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/272393442053
I've installed about 40 of the 6ft ones of those, only had 1 fail in about 4 years - pretty hard environment here for them too, very humid, some are open to the elements, some are in a freezer... really pleased with them, especially for the cost (they're on at least 12hours/day 7days a week)
if you buy any get the 'milky' cover, the clear cover sounds better but the LEDs are too bright, they blind you if you look at them
I put two 4ft ones up and both failed within about a year.... replaced them both and they've been ok since... I'm sticking with the 6ft ones now
electrically.... they're a bit cheap chinese, you get a flex with a plug on the end which plugs into the end of the light - there's a socked on each end of the light and you can get double ended wires to daisy chain the lights up together, I bought the long double ended wires, cut one end off and wired them into waggo junction boxes

That link you gave us offers both..I got 60 watt ones
I think there's a little cheeky/chinese ebay seller with those numbers, but it looks like everyone does the same thing with led power ratings anyway
