Hi. im a self thought welder. and i work in a small shop where we take alot of different work. welding

and everything i wonder for the next day i google. or youtube. or like hardox i had to read on sertan websites.
and how i found it is that when i read the packgages i only understand the AWS codes. where u can actually see what is in the stuff u buy. if i go to a store and say i want a 7018. or a 7010. people down know what i mean. and i say i want the ironcoted Normal sticks. and i got a p53. 7024.
and a known welder i know wary well. does miracles and tell storys about hes wierd ass jobs hes done in hes life. and he only know those names like p53, p62, p52, p48.
But that doesent tell u anything. its just a letter with a number after. Or can anyone tell me what it stands for. maybe its kilonewton. i might sound like a retard. but i did research alot but i couldent find anything on Europen welding codes or .
why wouldent everyone use a code that tell u the strengt, weldable positions and the flux, and the content of NIkkel and other materials.
and in the end of the aws it tell u the hydrogen release. wich can be wary important.
