Hi I'm new here!
Lots of experirience with Clarke Mig welding for motorbikes and cars. I now need to weld an aluminium frame and also repair some broken aluminium castings levers, etc. I also need to make 2 expansion chambers for my current 350YPVS Yamaha project in either stainless or mild steel, thin stuff.
So I,m thinking TIG, AC/DC, single phase domestic supply, not in constant use but weld has to be good aesthetically and high quality when I do use it.
Any advice on machine type appreciated, looking at Butters on Ebay, but Lorch seems to feature impressively on this forum....
