If your going to buy a machine that's of Chinese origin then I would make my choice based on warranty and local support, the name on the side would be fairly low down on the checklist because its odds on they didn't make it anyway.
They are cheap because they are made from cheap components not because they are marked down profit wise by the manufacturers and re-sellers. That doesn't mean that they are all bad and are all going to let you down when you need them most but as long as your aware as to why they are priced as they are then you can atleast make a informed decision.
You also didn't mention whether your VAT registered or not, does that budget inc 19%-20% sales tax?
I would allow another €60-100 for gloves, helmet and consumables (assuming you want a decent react to light head shield)
