The pictures below show a patch panel I panel bonded into the back of the inner wheelwell ( see my previous threads ):
The pictures might not show this well but the panel adhesive ( black in the photos), I'm trying to sand down smoothly.
I tried using an electric sander but it's too big to fit in that area, and my dremel rotary tool is too small and wont sand down the filler evenly.
So I am turning to you talented blokes to see how I could sand this down smoothly and evenly.
BONUS question: how close to the welding area can panel adhesive be before it melts? 1 inch?
