Despite working with aluminum, i never drill it!
...but i have some holes on a pre-existing job that need to be enlarged. Most of them only by 0.2mm or so, but the cut will be visible, so i need to make a good job of it.
I thought just drilling them might be easier than re-aligning the job on the mill, so what sort of drills would be best for this?
I dont need durability - happy to bin them after the job if need be, just need a clean cut. Dont really mind about cost either, but for an easy life, id probably be limited to whatever i can easily mail order.
eg. if its just HSS, they will get thrown in with next weeks tool station order...
