@Richard. I nearly said "no chance it will never work" but having a look at the Myford page, it looks like it is just bolted to the back of the lathe bed, so as long as you can position it without interfering with the saddle movement only a couple of holes will be needed. The cross slide leadscrew will need to be disconnected. Of course drilling holes in a Myford will destroy its, resale value as you know
I'm sure you will sort it and look forward to your WIP of it being fitted and used.
