ive just fitted a plug that came recommend on the form into the back of a Clarke 135te, so I can connect my big bottle of gas directly using proper gas pipe.
While ive got it apart I want to change the earth return as its too short
Also I think it might be a good idea to change the 13 amp cable. I've got some 32 amp rated blue Arctic flex, the conductors are at least twice the size of the weedy cable that comes as standard.
Question is can I fit a blue commando type plug? If so what happens to the 13 amp fuse. My workshop has a fancy metal consumer unit with four unused connections into the breakers. I've also got some spare breakers. If I can loose the fuse and rely on the breakers instead what size is best. I have 6, 10, 15 and 20 amp flavors
