Just a bit of fun to see some pics of old spanners (probably best to say no humans allowed). British, European, USA lets see them. They have got to be at least 30 years old.
I'll kick it off with something you might not expect Halfords!
One is a bit bent, honest it's never had a extension on it . I guess these are 1960s or 70s. Shorter than you would normally expect for the sizes but not stubby. Quite round handles. The broaching is pretty good/clean and finished close to the edge. Feel pretty good in my hand other than been a bit short!
Sizing in imperial AF but also shows the decimal imperial AF. The chrome is pretty intact with no flakes even though there are quite a few dinks from use.
Your eyes don't deceive you 'MADE-IN-ENGLAND'. I guess there are quite a few chaps on here with old made in England Halfords stuff so it might not come as such a surprise.
