Evening Gents. Got an odd one i've not come across before.
Been welding up a stainless turbo manifold. and the tungsten has been acting odd.
Mid-Weld the tungsten will just fizz and burn up leaving a white powdery substance around the area...From experience this tells me its a Gas Issue?
Torch is getting around 8LPM with the Purge stable at 3LPM when welding...I've torn down my lines and even purchased some proper gas leak detector spray, other than a VERY small leak from the neck of the regulator into the bottle (Which i cannot for the love of me seal up completely) every seems fine....
Help?
