Hello all
Just got my first welder, as stated a Miggy 125 running 380 volts, with the original torch and 0.6mm wire.
It needed a little TLC to fire up first time, like spooling off the first 4 layers of wire, new regulator and a new earthclamp.
It runs ok, but studders, splutters and just sounds pitifull when I use factory settings. If I use setting 3 and wirefeed 8 and 10l/min co2 (as stated in the manual) on 2mm mild steel it sounds and looks awfull. The welds are 5-6mm wide and 3-4mm high, but as soon as I turn off the co2, the weld sounds constantly as a buzzsaw and the weld is now only ~ 1mm high and ~4mm wide.
Anyone have any ideas to why that is so ?
Cheers
