Hi all this is my first post so go easy on me as a newbe.
I have acquired a SIP P214 in as new condition but no hand book.
Before I even start to try my hand at any welding I want to know what each of the nobs and switches do.
I have looked at a number of articles on TIG welding but the logo given to the nobs and switches on my machine are not like for like (if you look at the attachment you will see what I mean).
Some are self explanatory but some are ambiguous, an example is my book describes the pulse frequency as a setting between one pulse every two seconds up to 25 pulses per second. When I look at my machine the pulse frequency nob is graduated between 0.5 to 300 HZ, this looks like the AC squarewave frequency control described in my book.
Confused I should say so.
If anyone has pointers for me to make a start it would be appreciated.
