Hi to all,
I'm new to this forum, have been welding at home with all sorts of kit for a long time, but still have a huge amount to learn, so would welcome others experience or views on this.
I do a lot of what is usually called Nickel Bronze welding with Oxy Acetylene. A lot of racing car spaceframes and suspension wishbones were jointed up using this technique with a 9% Nickel Bronze rod. My question is has anyone on here used these rods with TIG and what were the results like.
I suppose I should just try it and see for myself, but some good advice might save me a lot of scrap metal!
Thanks in anticipation.
