I couldn't resist it. I have just ordered this. I will try and give a review when it arrives and I play with it.

I did check first, the ones that are relative have been removed, probably that out of date.

Out of curiosity I checked out that listing and was surprised to see that it comes with a box that deals with the electrickery. The previous ones I have seen advertised required a mod to the welder before they could be used.
I am tempted: sorely tempted, but I have fallen foul of the LTS warranty in the past leaving me with a worthless piece of junk on my hands and £300 out of pocket.
Did you ever get this, did it work? @Tiggy_dorset
I've got the earlier version of that, bought from LTS. They're not really meant to 'plug in' to a mig machine, but designed to work of off a stick welder inverter. I'm sure you could modify them to work with a mig, but it probably would be a serious faff as the 'magic box' has the gas running through it and the drive motor (and solenoid) are driven, via an internal transformer, from the power/welding current of the inverter.
Mine does work pretty well on steel ...but it's a bit jittery on low amps. I did try it on aluminium, but to be honest I don't think the wire speed is really fast enough.
