Haven't done much work this week (if any) because of the wet weather and the 1st thing to suffer is my sleep..up most nights till 3.30am but try to stay off the internet in case it takes over my life..watch tv and read instead
I used to work shifts and found night shift suited my body clock, I still keep very late hours.
Not a problem for me but it was nightmare when I was living with a proper "early bird" who would get up at 5am to do things before going out to work at 7am
I normally hit the sack at 10/10.30, up at 5.30 ish, its just gone out the window at the moment so struggling with these odd hours, If I cab grab a couple hours somewheres during the day seems to get me back on track otherwise get brain fog(more than usual I mean) it was just a suprise to see so many looking at the forum at silly o clock. this is where a imoji with a sleepy face and hat should be available(dozy/sleepy)
