Hi
I'm new to welding, just done a bit of MIG and ARC in the past, but want to start getting into it for a few little projects and just as a hobby really.
I've been thinking about buying a 3 in 1 machine, to save space mainly, but also for the portability.
My local welding supply place do sell the SIP Weldmate HG2300MP (which I went in to ask about) but they said they don't have much info on it as far as customwc feedback goes. They don't sell many. What they do sell a lot of are the Jasic jm-200cs, and they said that even the top welders that come in don't fault them considering the price. I did have a play with it and the Jasic seems to be high quality, very portable too. However, the Jasic is nearly £400 more than the SIP, and I can't really justify spending £850 on one to be honest.
I'm looking for some input on the SIP if possible, or any advice at a really on other machines that would be suitable in my price range of £450-600.
Much appreciated.
