Ditto that, I would not wish to slate ones personal choice but many tools these days are cheap,horrible (and even dangerous)when made for a penny in PRC or Far East.
I am heavily into tools and IMO you simply get what you pay for.
Also,if you are tinkering with the adjustment for your wire feed tensioner and it slips,that part of the wire on the roller is now worn,with the welder switched OFF perhaps try removing the shroud & tip and pull the wire through with a good pair of pliers so each time you adjust it, the rollers have a "fresh bite" at the intended thickness of the wire. That's exactly the same mechanism as on my SIP Weldmate T150P, which works fine so far with 0.6 solid, 0.8 solid and 0.8 fluxcore. Except it looks like your torch has a plastic liner whereas mine has a wound steel one.
Your pinch roller tension is way higher than mine, too. It's not just that the spool tension is too high or the wire is jammed at the tip is it?
