Halfords lack 6 point impact sockets in 3/8 drive is one of my complaints
Sealey impact sockets i find are good and really cheap and they are the only sets i found that are properly complete with no skipped sizes

I don't think I've gone that low! Haha *Goes to look in toolboxThere are some decent cheap tools out there, and some are a bag of crap. Silverline can be hit & miss. Won't touch owt badged Rolson though. They're guaranteed crap.
I have heard about their shattering router bits, Not something I would personally consider using! You may have heard me before. I had a Silverline rebate router bit...it was the only one I could find in of the size I wanted.....On first use it shattered...fortunately my hand stopped it from hitting anything precious....made a mess of my finger...its fine now
and Ive got a few bits and they are fine....nothing that can do much damage though....stanley knife, mole clamps and stuff like thatThere are some decent cheap tools out there, and some are a bag of crap. Silverline can be hit & miss. Won't touch owt badged Rolson though. They're guaranteed crap.
Yeah their basic stuff does the job, Got a power file which I'm not 100% happy with (Noisy bearing & occasionally stops working), But yet again it was like £27, So can't massively complain.and Ive got a few bits and they are fine....nothing that can do much damage though....stanley knife, mole clamps and stuff like that
You must of got a better batch! Mines played up since the beginning, But will continue with it until it stops.I have the power file and still working fine at present.
Yeah they didn't last 2 minutes! Got some better quality ones & they've been fine.It is just the belts that are carp
Not if you had a set of Silverline drain rods to clear the blockage you wouldn't.I'd be happy enough to wipe my bottom with Silverline sandpaper.
That must of been a painful situationNot if you had a set of Silverline drain rods to clear the blockage you wouldn't.
Cheap thin hollow zink bassed castings on the end spent hours retrieving two lengths stuck between chambers, not a fun job, Bailey rods only now.

The top 2 rods should have male threads sticking out, you can just make out the ends still stuck in the female lower 2 rods.
