In light of the garage discussion on the jag thread I've started a new one. So lets have a look at your garage/workshop. Heres mine, Its a single sectional concrete garage perched on a pile of extra concrete panels (great choice previous owner!) When we bought the house it was derelict with just two bits of roof sheet left, broken beams and no door/windows. We reroofed it in that square proflile wriggly tin, put some thick plastic/perspex windows in and made a new door and frame. I then ran a good hefty cable out when we had a new consumer unit put in the house and put a small consumer unit in the garage and ran a ring main and lighting circuit. The cupboards are the old 1965 Hygena kitchen we ripped out of the house. I'd like to insulate the roof with some jablite as the tin causes bad condensation and the floor needs painting really.
It looks a mess as I'm in the middle of a big turf out and reorganisation
Big lockable steel cupboard bolted to wall for power tools.
Tool boxes
Shelving
Parts washer and garage tunes
The door end
No garage is complete without some US numberplates, I also have a big old enamel Texaco sign to go up soon.
