i recently acquired a second hand pedastill mounted 3ph 10" grinder with two new 1.5" wide wheels on it.
id like to use it for sharpening bits solely, it has no tables with it so ill make up something for that but what id like is a quick and accurate enough way of sharpening bits and after a bit of e baying i came to conclusion that the only rock n roll type of sharpener out there is in the link below,
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/252553253942?_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT
now i know a hell of a lot of folk have no time for these and all do say to hand sharpen, and thats what id normally do, but to me the principle of this seems it will work fine if you set it up right.
i wonder is it the reason so many dont like them that they didnt get it set right and it made a bodge of it.
i think @brightspark you have one, what do you make of them.
