Hi there, my mig has stopped working, i have been through all the previous threads but didn't find anything of help to me, so I'm hoping someone can help.
I think i have narrowed it down to a pcb board problem but I'm not totally confident and i don't want to buy a new board not being sure.
So when you pull the trigger, the gas solenoid operates and there is 24v ac coming back from the torch to the pub and to pin 7 on the diagram attached, but the main contactor (K1 i presume on diagram) does not pull in and there is no wire feed, however if you manually make the contactor (K1) the welder will weld and the wire feeds.
I cannot work out from the diagram were the K1 contactor gets its signal from?? is it an output from the pcb? If so is it safe to assume the board is the problem?
I hope some of you guys can help! i am an engineer but of the mechanical kind, so my electrical diagram reading is somewhat like broken english..

Thanks in advance
Andrew
