Basically it's a sandwich plate to allow a hydraulic power pack be driven from an old Perkins (I think) engine.
Whoever made it didn't centre it properly, nor did they even have it flat when they welded it, so it's spinning both off centre and wobbling back and forth.
Getting it centered isn't an issue, nor is grinding it flat on the surface grinder or milling machine, the problem is when it was welded they burnt away the majority of the larger cast pulley.. I don't have a spare pulley to suit unfortunately, so anyone have any bright ideas before I chop it apart and struggle to reweld the remains of it back together?
