hi everyone,
i had some damaged paint on a car that i now want to repair properly.
to prevent it rusting at the time i daubed hammerite over the area which i now want to remove without causing too much damage to whats underneath.
ive tried sanding but hammerite just seems to clog it up really quick.
i dont want to use a grinder because there is filler under the original paint in areas so dont really want to go all the way to metal.
anyone have any ideas?
i would paint over the hammerite but the new paint reacts with it.
