I've labeled the wire routes as best as I can for 1, 2, 3 and 4
The arrows aren't all that clear. Each of them points to a wire except for #2 which points to where the lead attaches to the PCB.
On the lower right above the transformer is where the 220/240 power comes in. The green is the ground, the other 2 are each 120 legs.
Hope I can tidy up the wires as nice as they had been with strip ties, but function comes first!
#1 Brown to on/off switch on front of welder
#2 White to on/off indicator light on the front of the welder
#2 Blue to lower right transformer
#3 White to coil in CN-16 and white to gas switch/relay
#4 White to coil in CN16 and white to other leg of gas switch/relay
