Hello all, this is my first post to this forum! I've spent hours reading posts, it really is a fantastic place to learn - but now I've got my own question and I'd be grateful for advice please.
I did a welding course about 9 years ago but have only just got round to buying a welder (a Clarke 135TE - its for work on my car). So I'm pretty much learning it all over again. I've been trying different settings, and this is where I've got to now. They seem to be quite neat, but I'm not getting great penetration, so I guess my question is - do the welds in themselves look OK, and should I slow down or up the power? (The welds are a bit wobbly because I'm using one hand to hold a mask - normally I'd steady with the other hand)
Thanks for any advice you can offer!
