Are the XFs giving you trouble the one with the blue rubber band on or the older all metal units?
I noticed they changed the design and I'm wondering if that might have something to do with it.
Blue band ones. Not that the band stays on them either.
I've had seals eject from the female when un coupling under fairly modest pressure and most of the others hiss. They're really quite disappointing.
One hose went back to screwfix. It's replacement lasted less than a week before hissing.
Id assume I've got a bad male thats damaging them but it's not damaging the unbranded. And the males are, pretty much, all PCL xf from screwfix also, with no visible (or feelable) damage to any of them.
I figure I'll just replace them with some other brand as they fail. I bought pcl as I they were good in the past but they seem really poor now.
