After lurking in the shadows for a number of years and benefiting generally from the information in the forum, I read quite a few threads with recommendations for cheap and reasonable priced pure Argon. When investigated, many were not quite what they claimed and some downright misleading.
Put together this spreadsheet to keep track of prices as I found, or as suppliers/agents provided.
I cant find a way to display an html spreadsheet on Google drive in this posting, if someone could point me in the right direction it will save having to click on the link.

Very basic with a few simple assumptions to enable comparison, compulsory charges included, exc. vat, agents prices vary around midlands, exc. carriage charges.
Pretty much self explanatory, gives gas price in pence per litre for first cylinder and same for a rental refill in the first year / consecutive deposit refills.
If your a really light user on rental, and just use the one bottle for two or three years, you can check the far right columns to check what your effectively paying for your gas.
On deposit schemes, watch out for sliding scales on deposit returns if you keep ONE cylinder for a number of years or cylinder retest fees.
Any supplier who wants inclusion or correction, pm their current prices, I'll do a secret shopper to maintain fairness. If want details of my supplier, pm me, I cant guarantee same price but will forward your details.
Check the date on linked html page, if it way out of date, it hasn't been updated, nothing worse than outdated webpages giving misleading information.
